Chop it up 🥰 roast trimmings and lard? Use it to sweat off the aromatics 🥵 No recipe but here’s a guide: Cook the eggs in neutral oil first and remove from the pan. Add a little bit more oil to the pan and sweat off the aromatics over high heat. Once they smell good add the ham and cook it until it catches a bit of colour. If you have other cooked veggies you would like use up add it here add the rice and use a wooden spoon to break it up.
