#ad This is Part 3 of my series of "How I use Primal Kitchen Products". This time I'm using their Avocado Oil. I like Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil for its neutral taste, incredible quality and high smoking point. I made a fajita bowl that was to live for and perfect for meal prepping too. Pick up Primal Kitchen products at Whole Foods Market and give this recipe a try! #primalkitchen @primalkitchenfoods Serves 2-3 Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes Ingredients 1 whole yellow onion, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 poblano pepper, sliced 2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil 2 tsp adobo seasoning 2 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp silk chili or chili flakes 1 tsp black pepper Sea salt to taste Black beans 1 canned black beans 1 tsp avocado oil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp dried epazote, optional Pinch sea salt Accompaniments White rice Pico de gallo Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Buffalo Sauce Directions Prepare a medium or large skillet, on medium heat, then add avocado oil, and then the onion. Let this sit for a couple minutes then stir. Add the dry seasonings and cook and stir for 3-4 minutes. As it gets fragrant add the veggies. Cook and stir for 6-8 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside. To make the beans just add some avocado oil to a sauce pan on medium/low heat, add the cumin seed and dried epazote, let this sit for 2 minutes. Then add the canned beans with some of the liquid taken out. Just cook and stir for 5 minutes or so. Then turn off and serve. With a side of rice, beans, veggies, pico, and a drizzle of No-Dairy Buffalo Sauce. Provecho! #fyp #plantbased #fajitas

#ad Part 2 to how I use Primal Kitchen products. This time I'm pairing the No-Dairy Buffalo Sauce with my Mushroom Quesadillas. It’s quick, easy, and delicious. Pick up a bottle at your local Whole Foods Market and give this recipe a try! #primalkitchen @primalkitchenfoods Serves 1-2 Prep time: 5 min Cooking time: 20 Ingredients 1-2 tortillas Vegan cheese Filling 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced 1/2 a yellow onion, sliced 1-2 tbsp avocado oil (I recommend Primal Kitchen) 1/2 a lime, squeezed 2 tsp agave syrup, optional 2 tsp garlic granules 2 tsp harissa seasoning or smoked paprika 1 tsp dried cilantro 1 tsp black pepper Sea salt to taste Accompaniments Pico de gallo Plain yogurt Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Buffalo Sauce Directions Prepare veggies accordingly, start by heating a skillet on medium heat, add oil and then the onions. Let it sit for a couple minutes, then add dry seasonings. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook and stir for 5 minutes. If you’d like a little bit for sweetness add the agave and then some lime on this step. Cool and stir for another 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Set aside and cook your quesadilla and then add your filling. Top the quesadilla with pico de gallo, plain yogurt, and then Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Buffalo Sauce. Provecho! #fyp #quesadillas #cheese #plantbased
