Chiefs® STRACCIATELLA PROTEIN PUDDING meets Black Forest Cake! A super simple and delicious dessert for all stracciatella lovers! 🥰 For the dough: - 200ml almond drink - 150g erythrit - 75g rapeseed oil - 75 apple puree - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar - hint of vanilla - 50g baking cocoa - 200g spelt flour type 1050 - 2 tsp baking powder Other ingredients: - 400g Chiefs® STRACCIATELLA PROTEIN PUDDING - 250g fresh cherries (or 1 small jar of cherries) How to make it: ✔️ Put all the ingredients of the dough into a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer to form a dough. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake at 180°C for approx. 35 minutes. Then cut into small cubes and leave to cool. ✔️Layering the glasses (do it for 4 glasses): 1st layer: STRACCIATELLA PROTEIN PUDDING 2nd layer: chocolate cake cubes 3rd layer: cherries ✔️Place the dessert glasses in the fridge before serving - then serve chilled. YES PLEASE! 🍓 Try the super airy and delicious strawberry mousse - the perfect dessert for warm summer evenings ☀️ Ingredients: - 4 sheets white gelatine - 5 tbsp milk - 1 bottle Chiefs Strawberry PROTEIN MILK DRINK - 2 egg whites - 2 tbsp erythrit - 250g strawberries How to make it: ✔️ Soak the gelatine in cold water. ✔️ Heat the milk in a saucepan and dissolve the gelatine while stirring. Stir in the Chiefs Strawberry PROTEIN MILK DRINK (do not boil). Allow the mixture to cool in a cold water bath while stirring. ✔️ When the cream begins to set, beat the egg whites with erythrit until stiff. Fold the beaten egg whites into the stiffening milk. Pour the mousse into small bowls and leave to set overnight in the fridge. ✔️ Blend half of the strawberries and pass through a sieve. Take the other half to decorate the finished mousse.
