(Serves 6 people) In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the following ingredients: 1 bottle of red wine 1 orange sliced into rounds, plus extra for garnish 6 whole cloves 3 cinnamon sticks, plus extra for garnish 3 star anise 1/4 a cup honey 1/2 a cup of brandy Bring to simmer and reduce the heat to medium-low.
